at Govindnagar is an ancient archaeological site in Uttar Pradesh, India. The site was discovered in the late 1800s and dates back to the pre-Harappan era. It lies in the Sarai Kale Khan Panchayat, 11 km west of the city of Unnao. This national monument of India portrays the history and culture of the country.

History:

The mound is around 35 m high and 90 m in diameter. Excavation of the site has revealed ancient artifacts and human remains dating back to 3500 BC. Several clay figurines, seals, beads made of red agates, clear quartz, blue glaze and yellow jasper, ornaments, Pottery, stone and iron tools have been discovered at the site.
