It is a limestone mound, meaning that it has been built without the use of concrete, stones, or mortar. The temple complex consists of a central temple dedicated to goddess Kalpa Devi and a shrine dedicated to Lord Aastik Baba. History:
The Kalpa Devi and Aastik Baba Temple and Mound complex is adorned with beautiful carvings done on the exterior walls. The temple of Kalpa Devi stands at the naturally-formed peak of the mound, while the shrine of Aastik Baba is located at the lowest elevation of the mound. The temple platform is made of red stone, and is adorned with intricately carved motifs, depicting mythological figures, animals, and other religious symbols.
