Hadirani-ka-kund In India: History,Facts, & Services
Overview:
Hadirani-ka-kund is a small freshwater lake located at an elevation of 1100 ft. The lake is surrounded by lush green hills and gives a stunning view from the viewpoint. It is believed that the lake is so deep that it could never be filled even if the whole of Rajasthan was flooded with water. This national monument of India portrays the history and culture of the country.
History:
The main feature of Hadirani-ka-kund is the temple of Hadirani Mata, which is believed to be 800 years old. The temple is built of white stone and has two entrances and four domes. The temple complex also has a pond, where devotees can take a holy dip. You must visit one of these historical places in India on your India tour

The legend of Hadirani-ka-kund dates back to the Mahabharata. It is believed that Pandavas, the main characters of Mahabharata, visited Arki-Khadher and offered prayers to Hadirani Mata.
