Ancient site Gohilwad Timbo (Mound) is situated near the village of Timbo, around 8 km east of Khedbrahma town in Sabarkantha district of Gujarat. The historic site is located adjacent to Ramgadh Lion Safari, and is believed to be the remnants of a 2nd century BC fort that was built by the Gohils, a prominent ruling clan in the region.
