Quakers (Society of Friends) in Fiji is an undenominational Christian society of members established in 1921. The society is dedicated to spreading the message of Jesus with the Quaker focus on simplicity, peacefulness, the equality of all people, and the spiritual transformation of humanity. The Quaker presence in Fiji began in the 1870s, when a small group of Quakers from England and the United States came to Fiji for missionary and relief work. The society is based in Labasa, and its head office is located in Suva, with branches throughout Fiji.
