The establishment of the church in 1977 was a result of a Bible study originally started by Norm Mendenhall. After the Bible study began to outgrow the Mendenhall home, a permanent home was then established in September 1977. The church was named “Grace Bible Baptist Church” after the first Bible study pastor, Dr. Gordon Grace. Grace Bible Baptist Church This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Fiji.
