St. Mary's Church, Garthorpe is a church in the village of Garthorpe in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is a Grade I listed building and is thought to date back to the mid-15th century, with a north aisle and chancel added in the 16th century. The church is famed for its stained glass windows and its large monuments, which include memorials to members of the Hotham and Denison families. The church is also noted for its two-decker pulpit and a chalice which dates from 1730. Services at the church are conducted in both traditional and contemporary styles, and it is part of the Churches Together in East Yorkshire group.
