Holy Trinity Church In Barbados is an Anglican church located in the parish of St. Michael, Barbados. It is the oldest of the 17 Anglican churches in Barbados. Built in 1680 and consecrated in 1690, the church features a thatched roof, a three-decker pulpit and a sexton's porch. It is one of the best churches in Barbados which you must visit.

History:

The original church was built in 1631 and destroyed in 1665 by an earthquake. The current church was built in 1680 and consecrated in 1690 by Bishop Thomas Parry. The foundation stone was laid by Robert, Lord Willoughby of Parham and the church bells were hung by Governor Ralph Wood. The pulpit and reading desk were added in 1729. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Barbados.
