is located in the heart of Chittagong Cox's Bazar. It was built in 1927 by Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb's follower Muhammad Bamin Barmi. It is a three-storey building which was constructed in two phases. The Cox's Bazar Central Jame Mosque is supposed to be one of the largest mosques in Cox's Bazar. It has six domes and 3 main entrances. It can accommodate up to 20,000 worshippers. The mosque also has several classrooms and a madrassa which serves to teach the Qur'an and Islamic studies to local children. It is one of the most famous mosque in Bangladesh which you must visit.

Cox's Bazar Central Jam Mosque is one of the oldest and most important mosques in Bangladesh. It is located on the beach in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. The mosque, built in the 19th century, was initially a small two-story structure and was the first mosque to be built in the area. The architecture of the mosque is an eclectic mix of Mughal, colonial and traditional Bengali features. The building is composed of a main prayer hall, two minarets and a prayer chamber. The prayer hall is rectangular in shape and is three stories tall. It is decorated with multiple domes and a large central dome that is surrounded by four minarets.
