Beit Al Quran is a museum and cultural center located in the neighborhood of Hoora in the heart of Manama, Bahrain. The building is owned by the Supreme Council of Islamic Affairs, which was established in 1984. The official opening of Beit Al Quran took place on 1 March 1987, and in 1990, it was officially opened to the public. Beit Al Quran has two main objectives: To collect and preserve works of Islamic art and to provide educational and cultural classes and activities centered around the Quran.
