History:

The Avenues Mall in Manama, Bahrain, was first opened in April 2008. Situated in Bahrain’s capital, it is the largest shopping and entertainment destination in the country. The mall covers an area of 181,000 square meters and is divided into two levels, with two sections, the Building and The Terraces. In its early years, the Mall featured more than 300 shops and 30 restaurants. The Building section includes multiple miniservice and specialty stores, including some recognizable international brands like Next, Zara, and Marks and Spencer. The two-story building features a 25-meter feature staircase. The Terraces section occupies the eastern end of the mall and is more outdoorsy.
