A large dome stands atop the building, encircled by four smaller domes, symbolizing the four directions of the compass. The walls and the dome are decorated with geometric patterns, floral motifs, and traditional Azerbaijani calligraphy. There is also a traditional minaret which adds to the overall aesthetic of the design. The interior of the mosque is composed of a large, open space with four additional mezzanine floors. The floors are adorned with wood paneling, intricate mosaics, and spiritual artwork. The central area of the mosque includes the main prayer hall, or mihrab, which features ornamental inscriptions and intricate carvings along its walls.
