Fig Tree Drive In in Antigua and Barbuda was an iconic eatery that was located between the small village of Fig Tree and the coastal town of English Harbour. The restaurant, which served such items as cow-heel soup (a traditional Caribbean dish), was a popular spot with islanders. The owner, Mr. Joe Gibbons, opened the restaurant in the 1950s, naming it after the fig trees nearby.
