Overview:

The Sher Ali Khan Mausoleum is located in the city of Balkh in northern Afghanistan. It serves as the final resting place for the royal family of the last ruling dynasty of Balkh, the Musahiban. The four sided building is artistically decorated and stands on a platform raised upon 78 gilds of Persian Archetype.
