Tsukiji Hongan-ji is the main temple of the Jodo Shin school of Pure Land Buddhism in Japan. It is located in a prime location in central Tokyo, just south of the Imperial Palace. The traditional worship method of Tsukiji Hongan-ji is based on the Lotus Sutra, which is the main scripture of the Pure Land Buddhism.
