St. Mary's Church of Ireland Church is a Church of Ireland parish located in Rathdrum, County Wicklow, Ireland. It is situated in the valley of the Avonmore River, close to the Wicklow Mountains. The first church at its current location was built in 1826, although the surrounding area has long been associated with the Church of Ireland. The current building dates to around 1860, and has been significantly altered over the years. The church is noted for its wonderful stained glass windows, designed by the renowned artist, Sarah Purser.

The site of the Church of Ireland in Rathdrum has been associated with religious worship since the early medieval period, which was the time of St. Kevin. It is noted that St. Kevin was baptised nearby by St. Cronan. It was during the 18th century that St. Mary's became an official Church of Ireland parish and the first building was constructed, likely sometime between 1790 and 1820. The building was eventually replaced, and the current one was constructed in the 1860s.

Morning prayer is read weekday mornings at 8.30am. Holy Communion is held the first Sunday of the month at 11.00am. The church also hosts special services throughout the year.
