Kazan Cathedral is a cathedral of the Russian Orthodox Church located on the Nevsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg, Russia. Built in 1811–1833, the cathedral was dedicated to Our Lady of Kazan, a revered Russian icon of the Virgin Mary.
