Dubai Marina is a man-made marina situated within the urban locality of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The marina is located off the coast of The Jumeirah Beach Residence and is spread over an area of 3.5 million square feet. Dubai Marina was launched in 2003 as part of the Dubai Waterfront project by then-President Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum and was constructed by the Dubai-based contractor, Al Jaber Group.
