Nydeggkirche In Switzerland is the oldest church in Bern, Switzerland, situated on the banks of the Aare river. It was first built in 1270 and has undergone several renovations in the intervening centuries since. The current building was built in a Baroque style, and has an astronomical clock connected to the tower.Inside, there is a crypt, frescoes and a set of windows painted by Ferdinand Hodler.
