The mosque is built on a large, flat ground, and its interior is composed of a hypostyle prayer hall with marble columns. It has two prayer halls for the two qiblas. The Medina architecture of the mosque also features a semi-circular minbar and decorated Mihrab located at the center of the prayer hall.
