Church of San Hipolito is a Spanish Baroque church originally built in the 18th century located in Madrid, Spain. It is now part of the Archdioceses of Madrid and is one of the four National Monuments of Spain. It is one of the best churches in Mexico which you must visit.

The church was founded on the site of a previous chapel dedicated to San Hipolito, a martyr martyred in the 3rd century by Diocletian and whose remains are housed in the main chapel. Construction began in 1752 and lasted for 14 years. The gold altar and altarpiece is considered to be one of the most important in all of Spain. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Mexico.
