Divine Savior Parish In Philippines is a Roman Catholic parish located in the town of San Isidro, Leyte, in the Philippines. It was established in 1985 as a mission of the Santa Barbara Parish in the nearby town of Abuyog. The parish is known for its strong devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and has become known as the “Shrine of the Divine Savior”. It serves the population of San Isidro and its surrounding towns and villages. The parish serves the Archdiocese of Palo. It is under the pastoral care of the Society of Jesus or the Jesuits, a religious order in the Catholic Church. The current parish priest is Fr. Efren Flores, SJ. It is one of the best churches in Philippines which you must visit.

The parish was established in 1985, under the patronage of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Previously, the Santa Barbara Parish in Abuyog had served the people of San Isidro. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Philippines.

Each month on the third Sunday, the locals gather for a Mass to honor and invoke the Divine Savior Parish. Many people from the nearby towns and villages come to San Isidro on this special day of veneration. On the traditional Feast day of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, a procession from the Church to the nearby market-place is also held.
