The CRCP was founded by Dutch immigrants to the Philippines in the early 20th century. Initially, they were organized under the Reformed Churches in the Philippines. In April 1975, they were organized as an independent denomination under their own name, the Christian Reformed Church of the Philippines (CRCP). It grew from just a few families in the South Luzon province to over 18,000 members in 2020. This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Philippines.
