The Church of Our Lady of Sorrows (also known as the Basilica of the Seven Sorrows or the Portiuncula of Jerusalem, or Our Lady of the Seven Sorrows) is a Roman Catholic church located in Jerusalem, Israel. It is administered by the Franciscan Friars of the Custody of the Holy Land. The Church is dedicated to Mary, the mother of Jesus, and seeks to commemorate the "seven sorrows" endured by Mary in her lifetime.
