is a Mosque located in the Al Khoudh Suburb of Muscat, Oman. The Mosque was built in 1984 and consists of two floors and three minarets. The mosque is used by locals to pray and worship Allah and to perform various religious rituals. It is also known for its vibrant colors, impressive architecture and intricate decorations. Al Khoudh North Central Mosque in Oman is a large mosque located in Muscat, and it features an aesthetically pleasing modern design with marble covered archways and marble columns. Its minarets and domes are topped with gold, which makes it stand out against the surrounding cityscape. The roof of the mosque is covered with steel that lends a sleek, contemporary appearance. The interior features a vast open prayer hall with luxurious carpets and intricate mosaic patterned walls. The walls of the mosque are also adorned with beautiful Arabic lettering on white marble. Outside of the mosque, there is a large covered courtyard, where visitors can relax or dine on outdoor seating. This is why, it is considered one of the most beautiful mosque in the world.
Visiting Hours:
Al Khoudh North Central Mosque is open to visitors seven days a week, from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm. During special holidays, such as Eid Al Fitr and Eid Al Adha, the mosque may open earlier and close later. Visitors must dress modestly, and women are required to cover their head with a hijab.
