Al Jafnayn Mosque is a traditional grand mosque located in Isma'iliyah neighbourhood of Muscat, Oman. The mosque is known for its massive luxurious building, intricate calligraphy and beautiful minarets. Constructed in 2013, the mosque was designed by the prominent architect Yousef bin Mohamed al-Buloshi. Built of Omani limestone and marble, the mosque is rectangular in plan and features a central courtyard surrounded by four arcades. There are four large minarets at each corner, each rising two stories above the roof of the mosque. The mosque has an impressive front entrance, leading to a spacious main prayer hall and smaller rooms for classes and other activities.
