Old St Sebestian's Church is a historic parish church located in Edinburgh, Scotland. Built in 1625, the original building was destroyed in a fire in 1774 and replaced by a new building in the late 1700s. The first recorded mention of the church is from April 6th, 1625 when it was referred to as being a sacrament house for the parish though it was likely a wooden building at this time. The Church was rebuilt in 1770 and reopened by Robert Gordon, Bishop of Galloway in 1774. During the 19th century the Church underwent several renovations, including the addition of new galleries, panelling and stone decorations.
