The Church of the Holy Trinity is a Roman Catholic church in Vilnius, Lithuania. It is located in the Old Town district of the city near the Town Hall Square. The church is the second oldest and first Jesuit church in Vilnius, constructed between 1605 and 1627 by order of Grand Duke of Lithuania, Sigismund III Vasa.
