The Dwarkadhish Temple in Mathura is one of the most prominent temples in the city. The temple follows the Vaishnavite school of Hinduism and the general worship methods are in accordance with this branch of Hinduism. When visiting the temple, pilgrims should follow a strict dress code and dress modestly. Clothes should be loose-fitting and long-sleeved, with women covering their heads using a dupatta.
