Devon House Chapel is a historic Jamaican chapel close to the historic Devon House mansion in Kingston, Jamaica. Built in the 19th century, it is the oldest surviving domestic chapel in the Caribbean. The chapel has served many prominent Jamaican families throughout its history, including the Chamber family and their descendants, the Tait family who constructed the chapel in 1867.

The Devon House Chapel is the only surviving domestic chapel in Jamaica. It was constructed in 1867 by the Chamber and Tait families, in memory of Elizabeth Tait, the mother of Admiral Charles Tait and wife of plantation owner, Reverend Charles Chamber.
