This site is believed to be the resting place of a reputed Sufi saint and educator, Ustad Khawaja Moinuddin Chishti of Sirhind, who is believed to have died in 1397. The tomb, along with nearby Khawaja Khizar Shrine, forms part of the Sirhind Heritage Trail. This national monument of India portrays the history and culture of the country.

History:

The main attraction at the complex is the single-domed sandstone and marble mausoleum of Sufi saint Sheikh Muhammad Nizamuddin (or Mubarak). The tomb is set atop a platform of red sandstone and has five arched entrances, each guarded by beautiful silver doors.
