History:
the main facade of the structure has four sandstone arches with intricately carved motives and floral motifs. There are also two minarets crowned with onion domes. The tomb was constructed in the late 18th century by Mirza’s wife Zainab Bi. After her husband’s death, she sought to build a monument to commemorate his life and works. The structure was designed and supervised by architect Ustad Kafoor Khan and it took two years to complete the construction of the tomb.
