The tomb is believed to house the remains of a prominent saint, Alawal Khan. It was built by a Mughal noble, Nawab Allahyar Khan, in 1670 in memory of the revered saint. History:
The tomb of Alawal Khan is constructed of red and buff coloured sandstone with an entrance gate on the south side. The gateway is topped by a series of arches, supported by plain buttressed walls, with a simple mid-slab dome of red and buff coloured marble. The interior has a cruciform plan and includes a verandah with four rooms around the central compartment.
