It stands as a symbolic tribute to the military service of Valentine Rousch during the Revolutionary War. The monument is a popular spot of interest for visitors to the area. History:
The monument features a unique gun stock crafted from metal. It is etched with a flag, a star, and the word "Valentine" to mark the occasion. The top of the monument also has a star and an inscription that reads, "In memory of Valentine Rousch, a soldier of the Revolutionary War."
