hana and Raghunath Rao’s Mahal is a compound located in the Pune district of India. It is a residential palace that was built by Raghunath Rao Naik, a famous Maratha general in the late eighteenth century. The palace is made up of two structures, Hathikhana and the adjoining Raghunath Rao’s Mahal. The structures were once the palace of the Raghunath Rao, who served the Peshwa of Pune in the late 1700s. This national monument of India portrays the history and culture of the country.

The compound is well known for its distinct architecture and is a popular tourist destination for its historical significance. Hathikhana and Raghunath Rao’s Mahal are made up of courtly chambers with elaborate marble floors, tall ceilings, and intricately carved ceilings and walls. Other features of the palace include an impressive four-storey entrance, an exquisite viewing gallery, a grand ballroom, and a lavish durbar hall.
