Seventh-day Pentecostal Assemblies in Fiji In Fiji: History,Facts, & Services
Seventh-day Pentecostal Assemblies in Fiji is an organization of churches founded in 1932, based on the belief that Saturday, the seventh day of the week, is the day to keep as the Sabbath as ordained by God. The Assemblies provides spiritual teaching, material help and opportunities for worship in various parts of Fiji. The churches and ministries of the Assemblies believe in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, the inerrancy of the Biblical Scriptures and that salvation is received through faith in Jesus Christ. They teach that baptism by full immersion is the only acceptable baptism for salvation. The Assemblies also holds periodic conferences and camps, as well as assisting with the training and financing of ministers, programs for youth and Sunday School outreach.
