Anchor Baptist Church is a Christian church located in Tomball, Texas. It was founded in 1994 by its Senior Pastor Mark L. Owen. The church has a rich mission to bring members closer to Jesus Christ, nurture young faith, and equip believers to serve their community. Anchor Baptist Church History Founded in 1994, Anchor Baptist Church started as a small group of Bible study under the direction of Senior Pastor Mark L. Owen. Since then, it has grown tremendously and has become a cornerstone of the community. In 2012, Anchor opened a new facility to increase its capacity and reach in the Tomball area.
