St Mary & All Saints' Church : Holcot is a Church of England parish church in the village of Holcot, Northamptonshire, England. Built in the 12th century and substantially restored in 1963, it is Grade II listed by Historic England. The building is primarily of ironstone and limestone and constructed to a cruciform plan. The chancel arch is 13th century and there is evidence of an earlier 13th century bell tower and chancel. Within the church are various memorials to various members of the Parsons family (now Freeman), who held the manor of Holcot. Inside the church is a series of stained glass windows dating back to the 14th–20th century. Its services are celebrated in Common Worship and the Church of England's 1662 Book of Common Prayer.
