History:
The Church of the Blessed Sacrament (now known as Clifton Cathedral) was designed in 1953 by George Pace and a few years later construction began. The Church was dedicated in 1959 and completed in 1973. In 2010, part of the old Bishop's House on the site was converted into the North Tower Conference Centre, now known as The NTC. Clifton Cathedral This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in England.

Clifton Cathedral has a unique octagonal design and covers over 6,000 square meters. It is the second largest brick building in the world and has over 10,000 stained glass windows. Regular services at Clifton Cathedral include mass and special services like the Easter Vigil and Christmas Midnight Mass, as well as baptisms, weddings, and funerals.
