Church of Saint Peter of the Nave is a Roman Catholic church located in downtown Barcelona, Spain, founded in 1245. The neoclassical façade was built in 1781 by Catalan architect Josep Oriol Mestres. The interior of the church, which has a single nave, is decorated with stained-glass windows, frescos and murals.
History
The Church of Saint Peter of the Nave was built in the early 13th century and has been home to a community of friars since 1245. The church was rebuilt in 1781, although some elements of the original structure still remain. In the 19th century, the church was refurbished and redecorated in the neoclassical style.

The Church of Saint Peter of the Nave was declared a National Monument in 1931, and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The facade and the interior of the church are decorated with a number of sculptures and bas-reliefs. The ceiling of main nave consists of a fresco by Catalan painter and sculptor Pau Montalbá.
