The Hatiya Jame Mosque is located in the district of Noakhali in Bangladesh. It was built in the 19th century and is an example of Islamic architecture in the area. The mosque has a square plan with a central mihrab and four minarets at the corners of the building. The main façade faces to the north and is two stories high. On the ground floor there is a porch with columns and an exterior porch. On the first floor, there is a single window and several windows on the side. The building is covered with plaster and decorated with terracotta tiles. The interior of the mosque consists of a central dome, radiating wings with low ceilings around the mihrab, two qibla niche walls and galleries on the side walls. The interior is also decorated with intricate plasterwork, ornamental inscriptions and terracotta tiles with floral and geometric designs. At the center is a large courtyard surrounded by a peristyle verandah, which is connected to the main entrance. The structure of the mosque is completed by two long masonry walls that provide support and protection.
