The Harirampur Jame Mosque is an old archaeological site located in Harirampur union of Manikganj district in Bangladesh. It is believed to have been constructed during the period of Sultan Alauddin Hussain Shah in 1537 AD. It is made of baked bricks covered with terracotta and re-erected several times. This mosque is considered among the oldest and largest mosques in Bangladesh. According to the inscription, Husain Shah, founded Hariharpur and constructed the mosque. The overall structure is T shaped that has four entrances at four sides. The whole building stands on large brick plinth with high walls, inner parts, and several tombs. The main entrance at the east side consists of three small arches and some floral pattern with terracotta plaques. It is one of the most famous mosque in Bangladesh which you must visit.

The Harirampur Jame Mosque is a historical Mughal mosque located in the village of Harirampur in Manikganj, in Bangladesh. Built in 1639 CE (1048 AH) by Miran Muhammad-uz-Zaman Khan, an important noble of the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan's court, the mosque is one of the earliest surviving examples of Mughal architecture in Bangladesh. The mosque is a single-domed, square structure with a flat roof and stands on a raised platform supported by twelve pillars. The prayer hall of the mosque is adorned with intricate plasterwork on the walls, arches, and cornices. The mosque has three large entrances, two of which are in the eastern wall and one in the western wall. The two entrances of the eastern wall are decorated with beautiful calligraphic inscriptions with the names of Miran Muhammad-us-Zaman Khan and his father, Ghias-ud-Din Muhammad. The inscription in the western wall has the names of Emperor Shah Jahan and Jahangir on it. The original roof of the mosque was covered with blue and green colored paned glaze and the walls were decorated with intricate designs of Mughal motifs. While some of these decorations remain, the roof of the mosque has been replaced with a modern structure. The four corner minarets that once gave the mosque its grandeur are no longer standing. The mosque serves as an important religious and cultural center in the village and continues to be an important part of the local architectural heritage.
