History:

The Park Bulvar shopping mall opened in November 2010, located in the Baghramyan district of central Baku, Azerbaijan. Situated opposite the Flame Towers, the three-storey mall contains some of the leading brands and fashion outlets from around the world and offers a large number of cafes and restaurants. It has a Cinema Plus multiplex cinema with 8 screens and food court. It was the first modern shopping center of its kind to open in Azerbaijan. In 2011, Park Bulvar won the International Property Award for "Best Retail Development" in the Middle East and North Africa region. Park Bulvar has also won the Baku Crystal Globe in the category "Best Shopping Centre" and the Act International Prize in the category "Best Shopping Centre" in 2011. In 2016, Vegyon Group purchased Park Bulvar and undertook a major renovation of the shopping mall. The renovation project improved the interior design of Park Bulvar, making it more luxurious while adding several new features and events. An indoor ice skating rink and an international Atrium Cafe were added to the complex, along with several stores and a casino. As a result of the renovation project, Park Bulvar has become the largest shopping mall in Azerbaijan. In 2021, Park Bulvar will be opening a new entertainment and leisure complex at its location. The complex will feature bowling alleys, an adventure zone with trampolines and an interactive laser game, an indoor snow park, two multi-screen cinemas, and a laser-infused mini-golf course.
