Holy Savior Narthex in Armenia is an ancient religious structure located in the village of Gegharot, in the Aragatzotn Province of Armenia. It is believed to have been constructed in the 5th century, making it one of the oldest churches in the country. The narthex is dedicated to the Holy Savior. It is a two storey building, with an elaborate belfry, dome, altar and iconostasis. It has been restored many times, but still retains its original architecture. The narthex is known for its unique wall murals and frescoes, which still remain intact and remarkably well preserved.

The narthex is thought to have been built perhaps sometime between 442-450 AD, although the exact date remains uncertain. It was built by the local prince Vardan Mamikonyan and was initially dedicated to the Holy Virgin Mary. In the 13th century, the church was rededicated to the Holy Savior and the name was changed to Narthex Surb Anbin (“Church of the Holy Savior”). This is why, it is considered one of the oldest churches in Armenia.
