Monumento a Luján Pérez is a public monument located in the historic San Telmo neighborhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was once an area of significant importance to the Argentine Revolution of 1810 which declared independence from Spanish rule. The monument honors the memory of revolutionary leader Luján Pérez who was executed while defending the independence cause in 1810. The monument was built in 1930 by architect José Quesada and sculptor Antonio Vanzo, and is set in the plaza that bears Pérez's name. The central bronze statue of the revolutionary leader is set in the center of the circular plaza, surrounded by a large granite wall with inscriptions that honor the "heroic martyr".
