Qatar has again instated visa-on-arrival for Indian travelers

The latest news from Qatar for Indian ravelers has come as a new year gift as Qatar is planning to avail free visa-on-arrival policy for Indian travelers. This policy will be available for those travelers who have fulfilled some conditions.




This policy has been availed for 95 countries including India which is instated by replacing Hayya card requirements required during FIFA World Cup. Now visitors from 95 countries can enjoy traveling to Qatar and exploring some of the best cities in Qatar. 

As per reports, Indian travelers will also benefit from this travel policy by fulfilling some conditions. They can avail of visa-on-arrival for 30 day maximum travel period according to the hotel reservations under the below-given conditions: a valid passport for a minimum of 6 months, confirmed hotel reservations, and a confirmed return ticket via ‘Discovered Qatar’ only. Note that hotel reservations from other countries are not valid.

Some of Qatar’s most well-known football tournament destinations are still open and prepared to host visitors from all around the world. Among many other attractions, visitors can take in the diverse cuisines and cultures of Souq Waqif and Katara Cultural Village. They can also take in the beauties of the Doha Port and Corniche. Qatar has not only changed visa policy for Indians but also for 94 other countries. 




As a result, a valid passport, a confirmed round-trip ticket, and a confirmed hotel reservation for the duration of the visit are required for admission into 95 countries by VOA. As long as they have a passport that is valid for at least six months, nationals of Qatar’s neighboring nations of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE will continue to be able to enter the country without a visa.
