This gracious, on the west side of the Plaza de España, the apricot-hued building is the most beautiful in the country. Llairadó Luis Segarra, the architect of this monument of Equatorial Guinea had some input from Antonio Gaudí. The construction of this building began in 1887 and it was completed in 1916. It is flanked by two 40m-high towers and the style is Gothic Revival. It has three naves. It has recently been restored.
