In order to determine the most popular airlines, cabin classes, and other information, Skytrax, a UK-based airline and airport review and ranking site, performed more than 14 million consumer surveys in more than 100 countries between September 2021 and August 2022. Many airlines were competing in this competition including Southwest airlines of the USA which has recently reduced tickets cost for fall and winter making the flights more affordable for the people.
Emirates expressed gratitude for the honor, saying it was evidence of its “commitment to providing the absolute finest customer experience in the sky.” Economy Class passengers “can expect to enjoy roomy rooms, well-produced cuisines, an unparalleled selection of in-flight entertainment options, thoughtful touches like kids toys, and much more.”
