Water House is a residential complex located on Lagos Island, Lagos State in Nigeria. The complex was initially constructed in the late 1930s and comprises of two blocks of flats, as well as a separate block of garden apartments. Each block of flats is made up of four storeys, with each storey containing four flats. Each flat has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and dining area. It also provides a range of amenities such as a children's playground and hair salon. There is also an onsite security guard who provides round the clock protection.
