At Chenrezig Institute, we practice the authentic methods of Vajrayana Buddhist practice. Every day we gather in the shrine room to practice Prostrations, Refuge and Offerings of the Seven Limbs, Twenty-one Praises to Tara and Offering of the Mandala (in the presence of the Medicine Buddha). These practices can be performed before images of enlightened beings such as Chenrezig and Tara. Other practices we offer include prayer wheelling, mantra recitation, meditation and Dharma talks.
